For the morning class (except on Sundays) you will start out by wandering around Rome's most famous food market. You will help shop for your ingredients, and then you will walk to the studio, which is located just a few blocks from the center.
If you have tours booked in the morning, there is also an option for an evening class! Since the market is closed in the afternoons, the evening tour meets directly at the studio.
The rate for the cooking class includes all ingredients for your 4-course lunch or dinner, and even includes wine.
A sample menu is: a Roman-style artichoke for antipasto, 2 or 3 types of pasta made by hand (cavatelli, fettucine and ravioli), and 2 desserts. Contact us for more information and to book.
