Gorgeous ravioli

Yesterday we had the pleasure of hosting Julie & Jake. Loved how precise their spinach & ricotta ravioli looked so we thought we'd post a photo here. Even amateurs can make gorgeous (and delicious) pasta from scratch! Glad I went with Marcato. It is quite expensive but the weight of the tablet maker makes it easy to use and holds it in place during rolling. My Ravioli came out great. The only suggestion is use the pasta roller to "5" and not 6. "5" seems like the best setting for ravioli to remain intact.
